Therefore, it’s a good idea to dedicate a desk for your work use only rather than cooping yourself up in your room or on the couch because these spaces are associated with leisure time that can easily distract your focus from work.

When you’re deciding to work from home, get to know your company’s policy on break times and based on that schedule your breaks in concern with your own comfort and flexibility. It’s really important to give yourself enough time during the day to walk away from your computer screen.
